Please note that we will NOT be delivering to Remuera, Greenlane, Epsom, Royal Oak, Balmoral, Newmarket City, Ponsonby North Shore & West Auckland on Sunday after 8am.

Starting in 1998 as a father and son operation, KSV has quickly become one of Auckland’s leading suppliers of fresh produce to the hospitality trade.

We supply restaurants, cafes, caterers, schools and businesses who prepare fresh food. We delivery 7 days a week throughout the year and are renowned for stepping up to the plate over the busy festive season. We currently deliver throughout Auckland from the Bombays to Albany and everywhere in between.

We have a strong commitment to providing individual service, catering for the many different needs of our varied customer base. We don’t believe “one size fits all” and strive to meet customer needs through regular communication and a passion for getting it “right”.

We currently employ two very experienced chefs – and not for cooking our lunch!
Dean Rouse is managing our warehouse and is available 6 days a week for anything at all related to your order. Dean has worked as a chef both in New Zealand and abroad making him the ideal person to manage the selection and quality of all our produce.
In an industry first, KSV also employs award winning chef - Cameron Lawless. Cameron is available for all our customers at no charge and can assist in anything related to the menu and the preparation of fresh food.

All our staff have a wealth of experience in fresh fruit and vegetables and as we are from a hospitality background ourselves we understand the pressures from within the kitchen. We are always available to work alongside our customers, helping with menu planning and costings, advising seasonal availability of product lines and sourcing new and innovative product.
